Unless otherwise mentioned in the specific product page at our website, RP Telebuy Skyshop Pvt. Ltd. does not offer any money back guarantee on any product. However, if for any reason you are not reasonably satisfied with the product you received, within 2 days of receipt you can opt for a replacement of the same product or some other product from our product range, subject to the conditions explained hereunder. All merchandise returned must be in new condition with original packaging and must include all accessories / freebies supplied. The final decision to offer any replacement rests with RP Telebuy Skyshop Pvt. Ltd.

Conditions for return:
1. Products/Items should be UNUSED or extremely sparingly used. Soft furnishings, like bedsheets, duvets, pillows, etc. can only be returned if they are unopened.
2. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
3. We regret that we will not be liable for refund for any item returned that are received by us in damaged condition or lost in transit.
