A: CeramiCore™ is REALLY non-stick, it does not require additional oil, butter or margarine in order to maintain its non-stick properties, you are free to use them according to the taste preferences of you and your family.
Q: How long is Ceramicore™ cookware good to last?
A: Our pots and pans are made to last a lifetime. When you order CeramiCore™ fry pans, you are getting a top quality product that will last you the rest of your life!
Q: Will the handles be hot when i cook, like with cast iron pots?
A: The ever-cool handle on CeramiCore™ is made of Bakelite which keeps the heat in the pan and DOES NOT transmits to your hand! But, remember to position the flame of the gas stove at the center of the pan. If the flame is big and overshoots the pan, the handle will get heated up due to the direct flame, possibly damaging the non-slip grip on the handle.
Q: What material is used to make CERAMICORE™?
A: CeramiCore™ has a solid Ceramic coating on an aluminum alloy base so it retains the heat. Your CeramiCore™ cooking pans won't scratch, chip, dent, burn or flake.
Q: What makes CERAMICORE™ different from other non-stick coatings that contain pfoa-ptfe and how are those coatings harmful for the body?
A: CeramiCore™ is different because it uses a ceramic coating in place of PTFE, a chemical found in certain non-stick coatings. PFOA (Perfluorooctanoic acid) is a chemical that is generally used in the manufacturing of traditional PTFE-based non-stick cookware coatings and other products and has been linked to cause cancer and other health hazards. CeramiCore™ Ceramic Cookware is totally free of any such health hazards.
